Pricing Policy

At World’s Cleaning Club, we provide premium cleaning services through structured membership plans designed to offer flexibility, consistency, and quality. This pricing policy outlines our membership fees, payment terms, and additional charges to ensure clarity and fairness for all members.

1. Membership Pricing

Membership pricing is customized based on the type of service, frequency, and property size. The cost of each membership is determined during the initial consultation and remains fixed for the duration of the membership term.

Quarterly Membership (3-Month Term)

• Designed for members seeking consistent cleaning services for a shorter commitment.

• Membership fees are charged on a weekly basis.

• A one-week deposit is required upon signup and will be applied to the final week of the membership.

Annual Membership (12-Month Term)

• Ideal for long-term members who want continued service at a preferred rate.

• Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis.

• A one-month deposit is required upon signup and will be applied to the final month of the membership.

2. Payment Terms & Auto-Pay Policy

To maintain seamless service, all membership payments are processed through automatic billing.

• Auto-Pay Requirement: Members must keep a valid payment method on file for scheduled billing.

• Billing Cycle: Payments are processed based on the selected membership (weekly for quarterly members, monthly for annual members).

• Grace Period: A 3-day grace period is provided for late payments.

• Late Fees: If payment is not received within 5 days, a late fee will apply, and service may be temporarily paused.

• Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 15 days, the membership will be permanently canceled, and any unpaid balance may be sent to collections.

3. Additional Charges & Fees

Certain situations may require additional fees to cover extra services, schedule adjustments, or membership modifications.

Service Add-Ons & Custom Requests

• Any requests beyond the standard cleaning scope may result in additional charges.

• Pricing for custom requests will be discussed and confirmed before the service is provided.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Fees

• Rescheduling within 7 days of the appointment may result in an adjustment fee.

• Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged the full scheduled service amount.

• No-shows or failure to provide access within 2 hours of the cleaner’s arrival will result in full payment for the missed service.

Membership Modifications

• Members may request a temporary hold for a processing fee, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

• Members who upgrade or change their membership plan may be subject to pricing adjustments based on the new service level.

4. Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless an early cancellation exception applies.

• Refunds for service issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

• If a cleaning is deemed unsatisfactory, members must submit a formal complaint within 24 hours for review. If valid, a redo cleaning or service adjustment may be offered at the discretion of World’s Cleaning Club.

5. Pricing Adjustments & Policy Updates

• Prices may be subject to change based on service demand, inflation, or adjustments in operational costs.

• Members will be notified in advance of any pricing changes that affect their renewal terms.
