Welcome to World’s Cleaning Club. These Terms of Service outline the rules, obligations, and conditions for using our services. By becoming a member or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Membership & Service Agreement
• Membership is a contractual agreement between the client and World’s Cleaning Club.
• By enrolling, members agree to all terms, pricing, policies, and payment obligations.
• Services are scheduled based on membership type and the agreed-upon cleaning schedule.
• World’s Cleaning Club reserves the right to adjust pricing, policies, or services with prior notice.

2. Payment Terms & Billing
• All memberships require using a valid payment method.
• Quarterly Members (3-Month Term): Billed weekly with a one-week deposit applied to the final week.
• Annual Members (12-Month Term): Billed monthly with a one-month deposit applied to the final month.
• A 3-day grace period is allowed for late payments. After this period:
• A late fee applies if the payment is overdue by 5 days.
• Membership will be paused until payment is received.
• If payment is overdue by 15 days, the membership will be permanently canceled, and any outstanding balance may be sent to collections.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Quarterly Memberships: Require a 15-day written notice before cancellation.
• Annual Memberships: Require a 30-day written notice before cancellation.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless an approved early cancellation exception applies.
• Canceling a cleaning appointment does not waive payment obligations.
Early Cancellation Exceptions
Deposits will not be forfeited if a member cancels early due to:
• Medical emergency (documentation required)
• Relocation outside of service areas (proof of address change required)
• Natural disaster or extreme circumstances (evaluated case by case)

4. Cleaning Service Policies
Service Scope & Time Limits
• Cleaners will complete services within the allocated time for the membership type.
• Properties exceeding the agreed scope may require schedule adjustments, additional charges, or membership upgrades.
No-Show & Access Policy
• Members must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If access is delayed, cleaners will wait up to 2 hours. If entry is not granted, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the full service cost will be charged.
• Repeated no-shows may result in membership suspension or termination.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• 7+ days before appointment: No rescheduling fee.
• Within 7 days: A rescheduling fee applies.
• Less than 24 hours before service: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged.

5. Liability & Damages
• World’s Cleaning Club is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures.
• Allergic reactions, discoloration, or damage from standard cleaning products.
• Items not properly secured by the member.
• Any damage caused by cleaning professionals must be reported within 24 hours for review.
• If a valid claim is made, liability is limited to repair or replacement costs, not exceeding $500 per incident.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
• Members’ personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data may be shared with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, scheduling software) only for service fulfillment.
• Members have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal information.

7. Membership Hold & Modifications
• Quarterly memberships may be paused for up to one week per term.
• Annual memberships may be paused for up to 30 days per term.
• A processing fee applies for membership holds.
• Hold requests must be submitted 14 days in advance and are subject to approval.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
• Any disputes must be handled within San Diego County, CA.
• Members must attempt mediation before taking legal action.
• The prevailing party in legal disputes is entitled to attorney fees and legal costs.

• World’s Cleaning Club may modify its services, policies, or pricing at any time with prior notice to members.
• Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of new terms.
